Outstanding Service and Contribution to the College by a Member of the Part-Time, Non-Teaching Staff: Donna Sipp, College Assistant, Office of the Registrar
You have been a part of the scheduling unit of the Registrar’s Office for almost 12 years. On a daily basis, you work with Departmental Chairs, schedulers, and administrators to help with the daunting task of creating the College’s Schedule of Classes. You have performed thousands of transactions to create the Schedule, change rooms, update instructors, and cancel classes, all with speed and accuracy, and a consistent focus on student success and satisfaction. In addition, you have participated in other high-profile projects such as the conversion of the schedule into the new bell patterns that were introduced in 2012 and the migration of all CSI courses from SIMS to CUNYfirst, and you regularly volunteer at New Student Orientations. As you perform your crucial functions for the College, you display a constant humanity, kindness, and concern for others that has won you the respect of those with whom you work.
Your professionalism and commitment inspire us all.
